This Privacy Policy explains how Happy Fitness (الرشاقة السعيدة) collects,
uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related services
(collectively, the “Services”).
We respect your privacy. Your data is yours; we process it only as described below.

We collect information to operate and improve the Services:
a) Account & Profile Data
- Email address and/or social login details (for account creation, authentication, and security)
- Optional profile details (e.g., photo, bio, gender, age, general location, notes)
b) Activity & Health-Related Data (Provided by You or Your Device)
- Passively tracked activity data (e.g., steps, active time, calories burned, distance)
- Exercise/workout logs (which may include GPS coordinates for GPS-enabled sessions)
- Body weight entries and BMI
- Health goals and targets you set in the app
- Free-text inputs (comments, notes)
Note: Health data is not used for advertising.
c) Device, App & Usage Data
- Device identifiers, operating system, app version
- Log data and in-app events for diagnostics and analytics
d) Location Data
- If you grant permission, we may collect your location (including background location) to support
location-based features.
- You can disable location collection in your device settings at any time (iOS: Location Services;
Android: Location/Bluetooth).
e) Data from Third-Party Services (If You Connect Them)
If you link third-party apps or social networks, we only receive the data you authorize them
to share, and we handle it under this Policy and the third party’s terms.
2) How We Use Your Information

We do not use your health-related data for advertising.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of consent applicable in your country
(e.g., 13 or 16). We do not knowingly collect personal data from such users. If you believe a child has
provided us data, please contact us to request deletion.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the current version in the
app/website with the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective
signifies your acceptance of the updated Policy.
